Nah you can grab a cheap hard drive for $40 or take one from an old pc you may have collecting dust in a closet. A terabyte of hard drive is only $75 new.

if they don't cover it, find a new job, drop off and park the truck length wise at the driveway with the keys locked in it, no two week notice. they wanna treat you like a jerk, act like one!

Trucks I used in the past, I would keep various tools in different parts of the vehicles, Fluke here, hand tools there, ratchet set in another spot, etc. I was opposed to a large tool box loaded to the gills. My thinking, it would take too much time for a thief to find ALL of my tools if spread out. Good luck with your situation.

I'll dig up the 1-1/4" steel plate we shot for target practice and post some pics when I get a chance. The 750 grain bullet punches through 1" steel but not through 1-1/4" with a standard load. Hopped up the load and it starts to get pretty wild.
