Yes they are puck locks. AKA crack head repellant. Since installed on my truck the only door that they can open is driver side. These are the low end ones $39.99 each lock and bracket. They also have a more high end version that a member hear posted on FB. If my truck was new I'd go high end but she is an 04 so she gets the cheap ones. With big ugly bracket
