    Disconnected flue pipe tells me this was a split system before this handy work.

    Does the condenser get rotted out from the flue gas? I usually see that when I come across a unit where the combustion gasses get trapped.

    I saw one in a building one time as well. they had a 20" flex on the condensor fan outlet running to a window.

    Atleast they labeled the supply duct. Its not all that bad.

    R410a system, no air flow, hot as h*ll, higher than normal head pressures (be replacing a compressor soon), exhaust gases in an enclosed space (does any one have a headache?)...looks good to me!

    I love that they felt it was necessary to run the fresh air duct to the louver. Yeah, that made all the difference in that job.
    Why do I only get a HVAC license when reality is I'm a plumber, electrician, counselor and financial expert once I'm working on someone's equipment?
