    Question

Hi, thank you for your input.

I have a new LENNOX HPXB15-030 HEAT PUMP WITH C33 COIL heat pump with a LENNOX G60UHV-36A-070 GAS UP FLOW FURNACE and I'm just getting familiar with it. I was wondering what the heated air output temperature should be.

Currently outside air is 50 degrees and the output is 91 degrees. Does that sound correct?

    Cheers.

i would tend to think all is well, because you have better than a 20 degree temperature rise between the return and supply air

Your air flow might be set alittle high, or could be slightly off on charge.

I checked mine after your message. 40 out, return air 66 supply air 96. Flashing LED of variable speed blower said running 425 CFM/ton. It's always given a good temp rise.

I believe a supply output temp in the low 90s with outside temp of 50 and a new HP system is on the low side and most likely reflects a refrigerant charge that needs tweaking.
What was the outside temp when new system was charged and installed? R-22 or R-410a refrigerant?

    My opinion.
