Empire Mantis - 90%+ fireplace insert

Any feedback for homeowners that have these units? How are they holding up? I have a large original wood fireplace in my "new to me " home (is actually 200 years old!) and was planning on installing a wood insert until I saw these units from our Empire Rep. I work for a energy company - so I get a great discount on LP. If I go wood - I would be purchasing it, as I no longer have the land/woods.

Either unit would be a "backup" to supplement the Mitsubishi Hyper heats and oil hot water gravity system. The ductless maintain the house reasonably on a 20 degree day - the fireplace would allow us to really warm up the main area we use during the day. The boiler is only for the really cold weather!
