    Some of this weeks work.

One we stuck in a pole barn with a bathroom and office. Discontinued furnace, discount price.

Condenser coil change on a month old unit. Unit must have been dropped, the supports for the coil had pushed into it some. Guy walking by asked if I was scraping it ha!

It's only 2 ton, They were grilles we had laying around the shop. Coil was a discounted uncased one. Had to make a case for it. Outdoor unit was a dry charge I put in his house this summer to get him by. Doing geo systems on his house sometime this winter.

What's the details on the return? Did you make the box, filter box, and transition?

Filter box/base is one unit. Holds a 5" thick filter. Custom made, transition was made custom as well. We also made the coil box, 4 screws and the door comes off.

Wow, is that stainless? Looks awesome. Like a stack-able washer and dryer. I know it's discontinued but what brand is it or was it? Love the base by the way. Nice custom work. Do you use 5" filters on all your units?
You need to put the phone down and get back to work!

    Tempstar unit.

Yes, 5" filter on everything we do, Basically like an insurance plan for the system. It isn't an option to the customer, it gets that filter and thats it. We have cabinets that can work and damn near every application. Insulated cabinets.. No one else makes those

How do you like those Pro1 t-stats? I tried one and couldn't keep it from swinging about 1 degree even when it was set to it's tightest (I think .2 degrees). Further wide I adjusted it the worse it got.

I don't like them at all. But they are cheap and for a barn they work fine...
