Nope, part of the dining room that was walled in as a closet with studs and paneling with a return grille. There is no return ductwork, just 2 20x25x1 pleated filters (not 3M Crack-O-Matic) in an A frame shape on top.

The wallpaper is peeling from the lath and plaster wall because the roof leaked around the old brick chimney, which they ran the single pipe CPVC vent up through. I am going to re-roof with tin, get rid of the chimney, and go with a 3" concentric vent through the side wall, then hopefully get rid of the downflow furnace and ducts in the crawl in favor of an upflow 2 stage 95% with the ducts above the 2x4' tile lowered/false ceiling.

Note that the gas line has no sediment leg, and yes that is light gauge cat3 for the thermostat, but the cable is only ~6' long.

I consider this furnace like a Daewoo car, its manufacturer may be DOA, and it isn't very good, but as long as it works properly who cares?

Better hope you that thing doesn't break down when its really cold out, last time I had to get parts for a true blue I think they came from tx.

Now there is a market for spent shells...recycle as spacers for HVAC equipment, or other mechanical trades. Just don't use the unspent ones, unless absolutley necessary (they come with an applicator tool).
