    Funny!
I am the service supervisor for a $30 million company.

There was a guy on here i had thought about hiring.

I made a comment or a joke about his skills.
He freaked out and went bullistic on me!
He never knew who i was and missed out on a great opportunity.

    He never gave up!
    Similar to this OP.

    Maybe the OP should just
    Chillax?

I am partnered with a 32 year old guy who is so full of himself its sickening sometimes. To him he is perfect in every aspect of his personal and work life. I also hear him say on several occasions daily referring to other people in the company as idiots, and I am sure I am included in that. He even went so far as to tell me that he is so good if he left the company they would go out of business ( been in business for 52 years ). He is very good at sheetmetal work though and I have learned a lot from him in this short time.

For the first time in a long time I find myself asking other people how to do something, and it has been humiliating at times. Sometimes in life you just have to suck it up and deal with it. Your opportunity will come someday, in the mean time learn some humility. Being confident is good, being cocky is not.
There is nothing wrong with asking for help, thats one way we learn. Too much out there for any one person to know.

Perhaps if you change it up a little as far as how you ask it wont be so humiliating... For example "what is the right way to do such and such".

The person that does not ask a question on something they no little about, will no little about it for a long time. Food for thought.

I seem to get two a year, they are free....
All you have to do to earn them is to bite your tongue more often than not and wait for someone to say or do something so stupid that when you point it out they step up the stupid to a new high...

I have used mine up this year.....
