Funny!
I am the service supervisor for a $30 million company.
There was a guy on here i had thought about hiring.
I made a comment or a joke about his skills.
He freaked out and went bullistic on me!
He never knew who i was and missed out on a great opportunity.
He never gave up!

Perhaps if you change it up a little as far as how you ask it wont be so humiliating... For example "what is the right way to do such and such".
The person that does not ask a question on something they no little about, will no little about it for a long time. Food for thought.
I seem to get two a year, they are free....
All you have to do to earn them is to bite your tongue more often than not and wait for someone to say or do something so stupid that when you point it out they step up the stupid to a new high...
I have used mine up this year.....
