    That there is the custom fit stabilizing pad, it even has two steel attaching clips.

    So the only thing that is not code is the electrical that is if they did Rubitex inside. Brazing looks a little chunky.

    I like the way each line has its own hole and none are sealed,what a great time saver, three small holes would be way easier then having to get a core drill to make one hole for all the lines. Those extra bends in the lines must be the new technique for vibration noise canceling, and it says high efficiency so 14 gauge should be plenty big enough, right.

    Yeah that's totally doing everything wrong and sloppy.

    Can anyone find one thing done normal?

    Yea try using just acetelene to weld the connections- Seen it done when the guy ran out of oxygen. My neibor had some hack fixing his ac and trust me way worse than that, Unit just runs and runs and leaks out freon constantly. So I give him my card but he never calls I think it's a race thing.

    If that's the worst you've seen, you're lucky. It's level, has space to the building, and looks like they used silver solder. Yeah there is a lot they could improve on but that's not awful.
