He said he has installed like 15 of these units and never had a problem like this. Whats funny is there is no isssue with the heating system part of it.

According to the controller for the unit, it is set at 140deg. So yes there "should be" 140deg water going into the mixing valve. However i can hang onto that copper pipe, while 140deg water is "supposably" flowing through it.

So you don't have anything to measure that temp? That temp will tell the mixing valve what to do. Also when the valve is adjusted it has to be done slowly. Let us know what you come up with.
