YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio -- Paul Ryan visited a soup kitchen here Saturday on his way to the airport, but by the time the GOP vice presidential nominee and his family had arrived shortly before noon, the grits, sausage and doughnuts had been served, the hall was empty of patrons and the volunteers appeared to have already cleaned up. [...] Ryan stood at the sink and took some large metal pans that did not appear to be dirty, soaped them up and rinsed them, remarking as the cameras clicked and the TV cameras rolled that he had spent a summer washing dishes when he was younger.

Yeah, and the deal about Romney taking time to do manual labor is a joke too. They say he picked up garbage for a day....sure it was hard disgusting work.....but did he have to live knowing he would have to do this job every day, with little pay, and that he wouldn't have a cush house and millions to go home to?

    What a joke.

Yeah, just try not to post your complaints in the open forum......LOL. I was panicking trying to get it moved ASAP while wife was yapping in my ear. I doubt many people got the chance to read it before I moved it. Hey....I've made a few red faced mistakes here myself so I'm not casting stones....just kicking a few pebbles your way.

But for the record....we try and keep both sides of the isle clean and be as fair as we can here.

Funny how a post got reported and you people assume it was a liberal and turned out not to be.....are conservatives not the ones who believe in law and order? Yet we have an example of a "conservative" whining when they get caught breaking the rules.

This political talk is for the birds, people flipflop on their ideals so much it's pointless to debate.

More leftist whining over others having fun....I'll bet you are a real pleasure at parties. Let me guess, you stopped going to bars because you wound up with your head stuffed in the toilet too often?

Name calling has never bothered me but the denial that the conservative tactic of name calling as a prime debating tactic does not change the facts. What hacked off these people about Joe Biden is that he gave them back some of their own medicine by being arrogant, condescending and laughing at what he sees as the ridiculousness of their position. Guess what? It worked and by that measure alone he accomplished what he set out to do.

That's good. You girls just keep sticking to that "hope" thing that your dear leader keeps telling you about.

Even many liberals are saying that Biden was rude. Only the hard core leftists are defending him, and that's just because they don't have any more social skills than Biden does. Conservatives were going to vote for Romney anyway. But, I'd be willing to bet that there are moderates on the fence who are now thinking twice about having to be subjected to Biden for another four years and having him be the Democratic nominee for the presidency in 2016.

And as usual, just another leftist posting unsubstantiated drivel they picked up on the Rainbow page of some Socialist rag.

I suppose this means that Ryan has just invented the "photo op".

What i found funny was when someone in a store asked Obama which weedeater on display he liked best and he pointed to a leaf blower...... they asked Romney the same thing and he walked over a few Aisles and then pointed to a mexican.

While it really doesnt matter....it would be nice to have a prez who could sit down with joe everyman and discuss mowers and weedeaters and working on the car.....fixing the sink......

But it will never happen.......probably not until we see our first hispanic president who came to this country illegally.... and thats gonna be 60-70 years off according to calculations from scienticians.

Id like to slap Biden. As a matter of fact I'd enjoy knocking the smirk off all the candidates lying, flip flopping faces. What I find entertaining is watching and listening to all you who actually think one choice is better than the other. I truly hope Romney wins and look forward to all the crow eating and excuse making that will be discussed once that out of touch, flip flopping, billionaire con artist, fails to do a damn bit better than Nobama. As our resident Elvis impersonator would say, Thank you, thank you very much....

And to beat him to the punch.....sure I'm a commie. Lol
