OK, I can respect this reason. I'll give the libbies a pass this time, even though there was on line whining over my playfulness from them.

Its a safe wager to say that liberals do most of the whining and complaining. If you could place bets on it, one could get rich in no time.
To put the world in order, we must first put the nation in order; to put the nation in order, we must put the family in order; to put the family in order, we must cultivate our personal life; and to cultivate our personal life, we must first set our hearts right.

Even when you are COMPLETELY wrong and have made yourself look silly you still can not man up and admit it.

So much for your accepting personal responsibility that you harp on about.

Instead you deflect and side step as usual.

    Keep dancing.

We all here love to watch you 2 step.

Well not true in this case.

You would have lost that bet.

Just more snooty liberal bashing from you.

But feel free to continue to make opinionated points without any justification.

I don't think I was whining, just pointing out the arrogance and short sightedness of some people on the right. When I pointed out the shall we say obvious demographic composition of the Republican party, in particular the new Repubs I was called on it and took it like a man and quit bringing it up - even if I am right about it. Name calling has never bothered me but the denial that the conservative tactic of name calling as a prime debating tactic does not change the facts. What hacked off these people about Joe Biden is that he gave them back some of their own medicine by being arrogant, condescending and laughing at what he sees as the ridiculousness of their position. Guess what? It worked and by that measure alone he accomplished what he set out to do.

So you agree. While that may give some smug satisfaction to far left voters, I doubt it will play well with independents/undecideds.

He was successful at what he set out to do. VP debates rarely garner votes.

My understanding is... anyone can report a post. It could be an advertiser/sponsor executive. or a 12 year old reader, or a person with an whiny agenda, or a random idiot. I don't think ARP attracts many sponsor executives or 12 year olds, but it is far better than one of us report a post than them. That does not mean that we need to try to get each other in trouble, quite the opposite, we need to help each other 'police' ourselves and keep the conversations civil. ARP is an expendable forum, I love it and do not want it to go bye-bye. I may be wrong, that is just my understanding.

It is kinda funny though, libbies caught the heat for being 'crybabies' and reporting a post.

I will retire from being an ARPC member anytime there is any consensus that I should. I am just another poster here, voluntary position, and I can report posts whether I am an ARPC member or not. I like you guys, not all of your ideas, but I generally enjoy the forum.

Now that's funny! I don't care who you are.

You just can't make this stuff up, this is why Lyan gets treated the way he does. Twice washed pots and pans, is that anything like twice baked potatoes.

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio — Paul Ryan visited a soup kitchen here Saturday on his way to the airport, but by the time the GOP vice presidential nominee and his family had arrived shortly before noon, the grits, sausage and doughnuts had been served, the hall was empty of patrons and the volunteers appeared to have already cleaned up. [...] Ryan stood at the sink and took some large metal pans that did not appear to be dirty, soaped them up and rinsed them, remarking as the cameras clicked and the TV cameras rolled that he had spent a summer washing dishes when he was younger.
“We had a Hobart, though, which was — you get calluses on your fingers because it’s so hot,” he said, referring to the Hobart industrial dishwashing machine.

Quite the guy, just who I want representing me - a fraud.
