Intellicon delta 88 ICP 010 documentation/help
I was out to a new customers this past week and was asked if we could directly connect their computer to the controller board, the unit is an Intellicon delta 88. Currently they are dialing into the board but have cut off their phone line to the unit by mistake as they switch phones services to the cable company :/
I can't get a signal from the serial port at all, the pins are not labelled and from little documentation it leads me to believe the port has to be enabled via software first.
Help any would be greatly appreciated.

Yes we are. But have no direct access to the unit right now.

In IgraphW if you got to Settings > Ports, you will be able to select your PC com port and baud rate. It is like setting up a HyperTerminal session. I believe you can use an RS-232 direct connect cable from your PC serial port to the PC port on the Intelli-Con controller. The terminal block should be labeled on the motherboard and I think it is next to the modem port, it should be a 3 pin terminal block.
