Typical locals.
Local company. Typical work for them, "dedicated to quality"
Goodman air handler. Bryant coil thats taller than the cabinet. Filter sits on top of the coil.
What a mess.

Don't you hate it when a new cabinet shrinks like that? I allow 10%. Sometimes that's not enough.

Going to go back and level the unit back up, and put on a 5" thick filter and cabinet. Then tape the piss out of it! haha
I could follow these guys all over town. Typical for this neighborhood. Real nice homes, mechanically a zero. Most all are 2 or more levels, very few zoned, ones that are don't work right. One house, I have never figured out, 3 levels total, zoned by using 2 systems, but they did it ass backwards, each end of the house has a system. Stats sit 10 feet apart. East end does 3 levels, west end does 3 levels.

I replaced one last week that looked very similar. Strange.

Most likely got tired of having to keep replacing leaking goodman coils.
