Wish all of my calls were "that bad," then again, maybe not. I would be out of a job! Some minor things that CAN be adjusted in that install, looks quite good to me...seen a heck of alot worse!

They need a taller return air support box. Its going to have bad air flow going into the bottom of the air handler. Just from what I see, I'd take some of the insulation off to see what the transitions look like above the air handlers.
