Sharp eyes, gravity.
They both lost. Knocked a mount right off the expensive ECM motor. Pieces of chicken wire everywhere. Only two years old.
The note for the last service call reads "replaced filter."

I am not really sure what I am looking at but it doesn't look good. Looks like something made it through the blower.
You need to put the phone down and get back to work!
