    jordan ice machine

    help help .have problem with a jordan ice machine.796g .problem is
    r 12 freon was installed. 7 oz as was relayed to me by ref repair man
    still do not make ice .very thin so thin by the time it hits the cutters it is melted. i do not have a repair manuall or trouble shooting manuall can anybody help, have noticed crabpot posted for the same machine some time ago could it be same problem.thank you for any help or suggestions.

    I would call back who ever added refrigerant. You must have paid him.
