looking good..... lots of years looking after those baby's.. .. not bashing trane there all bad .....
it was working.... played with it.... now its broke.... whats the going hourly rate for HVAC repair

lt looks good. Lucky OSHA not around with poor guy that close to edge without his PFAS. Should use spreader bars and proper rigging to perform the four point lift on those Precedent Units. Looks solid but seen a lot of micro-channel coil leaks due to improper centering of the center of gravity.
KCC curbing?? All in all, great job.

Love those units. I have set close to a 1000 of them since they came out. My typical order has hail guards and thru the base electric with circuit breaker. Cleanest installs in the state. I have found these units to be trouble free. None of the ones I have installed had micro channels?????????????? Nothing like a belt drive blower to help balance a duct system.

Glad you have had good luck with your units. This is the first ones I have seen with the micro channels. We will see how they last.

I hate curb adapters! When you have to pull the top. Better have a step ladder and a helper.

I've seen them too! I usually grab the nearest brick off the non penetrating sateliite dish mount. And hop myself up there to pull the condensor fan motor! Originally Posted by qwerty hvac
