I can't find manufacturers that utilize a closed loop refrigeration heat tube for dehumidification units.

someone mentioned some company in Israel doing it. Anyone know of manufacturers utilizing heat tubes w/refrigerant?

    TIA

The company I work for manufactures an indoor pool dehumidifier that also incorporates a heat pipe in a refr.-based dehumidifier to precool return air before getting to the DX coil. This drops the compressor size required to maintain humidity by about 20% over straight refr. dehumidifiers. The captured heat in the pipe is used to temper outside air used to ventilate the space. If this is the type of product you were looking for, find out more at http://www.aers.com.

    Good luck
