    New HVAC

    My daughter is buying a house in FL. It has been vacant for a while and the A/C condenser was stolen. I have a proposal for a new system and the person is proposing a 2 1/2 ton Grand Air by Carrier. I know nothing about HVAC and don't whether this is a good system, cheap syatem, or what. Can I get a little help here? I have looked trying to find the different models made by Carrier and wound up here. I certainly would appreciate any help.

    I think they are an ICP product which is essentially a Carrier. Just an outdoor unit or all new?
