    Trane RTU thermostat

    I have a customer with a Trane RTU model YCD180B3H0AA, 1991 UNIT. Currently has a BAYSENS008B Thermostat.

They want a programmable but the Trane Customer service said " They don't make one for this".. REALLY?

I know this is a sensor type stat and isn't conventional, but surely I can get one.

    Any help appreciated!

How about a conventional thermostat interface board in the RTU so you can use any appropriate 24v stat? Seems to me that's how they did things back then.

BAYSENS019B/020B is a programmable one and you do not need a CTI board for it to work.
