    pin extactor size?

    help me out guys--
    i need a pin extractor for the plugs on ignitors-
    refuse to cut the leads to make it work
    but i dont know what size or where to get one
    i know its not an .093 cause i tryed it at radio shack- no go
    any help is greatley appreciated

    do a search on here, I found the info and bought one that does work.

    I would give you the info, but I cannot remember. (.077 or .084)?

    I will say I have used it maybe 3 times in 2 years. I have come to the conclusion, from bad experiences, that OEM is best.

    .084 is most common

    on York chillers they are .77 or .84!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Here is the kit I got for about $30 bucks. It does everything from the small honeywell smartvalve square sockets to your average Molex/AMP style pins. Does both male and female.

    yea radio shack is where i tryed it they just didnt have the right size
    i think its 084 but havent measured it yet
    looks like that sunbeam kit might be the way to go
    its funny you mentioned york-- in their infinate wisdom they put
    the female plug on the ignitor eveyone else puts the male same body
    just reversed plugs thats why i m lookin for this tool
