Now, time for me to come clean... This is a call back on the install department where I work. Disappointing is an understatement.

I personally believe if it's a warranty for install, the installers should be the ones fixing it. If the same issue arises again, you need new installers. unfortunately; that doesn't occur very often.
It`s better to be silent and thought the fool; than speak and remove all doubt.

It's just sad that these installers would even think about doing this sloppy work... Who does this and expects to still have a job, or any respect at work?

I guess they figured round holes of proper size are overrated.

unfortunately it happens all to often where I work and there are ZERO consequences!!!!!!

caught same installer on 2 different jobs months apart that was too lazy to pull new stat wire for PRO8000 stats, yet wrote down he had.

I pulled the wire, reprogrammed the units and turned in the wire to prove he did NOT, along with photos. he got talked to and nothing else.

Meanwhile, the National Park Service, administered by the U.S. Department of the Interior, asks us to "Please Do Not Feed the Animals". Their stated reason for this policy "... the animals become dependent on handouts and will not learn to take care of themselves."
