This is the first horizontal piece of duct coming off of a brand new water to air Bosch H.P. system. JUST SAD....... Next up the return
Now, time for me to come clean... This is a call back on the install department where I work. Disappointing is an understatement.
I personally believe if it's a warranty for install, the installers should be the ones fixing it. If the same issue arises again, you need new installers. unfortunately; that doesn't occur very often.
It`s better to be silent and thought the fool; than speak and remove all doubt.
I mis typed that.... This is the company that I work for.... This will be a call back on the same ****er who was there the first time
It's just sad that these installers would even think about doing this sloppy work... Who does this and expects to still have a job, or any respect at work?
unfortunately it happens all to often where I work and there are ZERO consequences!!!!!!
