If it was installed new with your furance? I would give your installer a call and see if they will come out and correct the issiue... If it has been over a year that might charge you but then again they might not. Ask them when the repair is made what caused it to happen.
Most companies should not have a problem correcting at no charge if it was something they done wrong.
