10-12-2006, 08:19 AM #22how about buy yourself a second plane ticket, go to NC and see what it is all aboutOriginally posted by the editor
If you invented all that, then put your money where you mouth is and have the HVAC-Talk Convention in conjunction with Comfortech. Then we'll SEE what you invented!!!The way we build has a greater impact on our comfort, energy consumption and IAQ than any HVAC system we install.

10-12-2006, 08:40 AM #23I'd love to. But I can't if you plan the convention right on top of Comfortech. In '07, the St. Louis show is September 26-29. If you hold the convention a week or two before or after Comfortech, I'll come and put the money where MY mouth is!Originally posted by Carnak

And hey -- I'm not saying to change the convention. If you wanted to, we could arrange for you to either have it a few days before or after Ctech in St. Louis. Be as relaxed and social as ever. And stay for the education when Ctech fires up. But it's just an idea."Doubt, of whatever kind, can be ended by action alone."

Scott hasn't set a date for the W-S convention.
Comfortteck is already booked for Sept 26-29 th. So what's the problem
I like spotts suggestion. That is just a bunch of us guys meeting up at St. Louis. Then you could do the show thing and tour at night.
Our Colorado delegate has a perpensity to find establishments of the minimally clad female dancers. Even though I am an old dog I can be taught new tricks. (about HVAC I mean.
)
Of course if half bring the non-hvac women and the other don't then that could be a problem in St. Louis. But the Ladies diffinately did like the last 3 convention formats. I can't see changing that.
What we need is a St. Louis member to take charge of the after hours touring itineary and where to met up etc. if we are going to have the 1st annual stag party.
This I feel is important for the success of the last conventions. Someone local hosted it. Once you got there your host said that we are going to do this and this because it is fun. No thinking. Just do it and it was fun.

Jerry, I'm a little far south to set anything up but it sounds like fun too me !!!!!!! I may know of a few of the educational places Jack likes and the cab fare across the creek is fairly inexpensive.
