15% Lenox Silver Solder

I've never seen a 15% silver content solder, did you mean brazing alloy?

I guess we could get all technical with different names, but I think the majority understand the slang.

Never used Lennox brand but should be the same as others, I use 6% because its a lot cheaper and works fine

Anyway, I picked up a few pounds of Harris 15 on Ebay for $68 per pound shipped. With the price over $100 at the supply I wonder how they are selling it cheaper.

I have a friend that's a GM with a supply house, his cost is $81 per pound.

Maybe it's some old stock. I don't worry too much if we're a little higher because when the guys down the street buy again...I'll be cheaper. It's a cycle we fight with refrigerant too.

i use lennox 5 works great..
