I love to smoke and grill, both ways. What do you use?

Howdy.AR......
Depends on the time and circumstances............
If we want something quick we use the gas grill.
If we want something really full of grilled mesquite deliciousness I fire up the mesquite grill.

If I have all day and some time the day before I'll fire up the the smoker

and stoke it with some mesquite and the family comes over and we feast on some smokey deliciousness..............

Good god I want to smoke something this weekend............

I was recently made a believer in charcoal and wood chips after years of gas only. Really doesn't take that long at all for only two people.
I am actually going to toss my gas grill to make room for a smoker.
ACFIXR - what's a good smoker site to do some research?

I like gas for grilling hands down, that is if you have a nice grill.
Smoker with charcoal and my preference, hickory, for smoking.
