Here are some of the other things I would be looking for -

    Improper Venting.

    Inadequate Combustion Air Supply.

    Incorrect/Plugged Burner Orfices.

Bad Inducer Motor and/or Motor Capacitor.

    Sooted Heat Exchanger.

    Bad Heat Exchanger.

    because its a goodman!

make sure your runners are clean, orifices arent clogged, and inducer motor and inducer wheel are clean.

what type of furnace? what type of ignition system?

Has the gas valve been replaced. If so It might have the wrong type of valve. It may need a slow opening valve, but a fast opening was installed, as an example.

There are certain natural draft appliances which will roll out if the burners are not exactly lined up and inserted ALL the way.
Did you run the appliance before you did this work to see if it was doing this before you got there?

What type of boiler? If it is a fin-tube, you have to make sure the fins are clean.

    things i would check.
    1. the pilot might not be sitting in properly. make sure its in the way of the pilot asembly. watch it while it lights its self. if it takes too long then adjust your pilot.
    2. If it is a standing pilot-make sure the pilot tubing isnt leaking at the assemble (base) Test-check the pilot when its not calling at the assembly *most likely the cause*
    3. quick opening or slow opening will do it. if u matched it up then u should be fine.
    4. clean the pilot tubing with vinegar i was told it cleans it well and it works for me a few times
    5. make sure you can see thru the heat exchanger with a flashlight you may have a blocked heat xchanger.
6.i havent mentioned this but its a good idea to check the condition of the burners any cracks oh ya. make sure the burner is in the right place for the ignition i have done it where i had it go on the one side where it should have gone somewhere else. when i take out burners i usually label the manifold with a black X
    Hope that helps.
    Good luck
