Lusker, If you can't get the info on a "direct assault" then out flank em and call your local Hobart food service dealer. ( Former Hobart CSR refrigeration only ) good luck!

Theres a pic of the wiring diagram in the auction. Just keep blowing it up until you can read it. I saw em do something like that in Bladerunner once.

    LOL

I'd love to but it's the wrong model!

Mine is twice that size with almost twice the controls

(don't tell me to double the diagram)

I'm still looking. Talked to the owner today and asked him to find the book from the manuf.

No I haven't but I am an authorized service for Hobart/Traulsen and can't get help with that either...

They do the same thing with Vulcan too.

I remember years ago when Hobart tried to take over the commercial market here. They wrote contracts like it was going out of style but they have the same problem as everyone else here... No techs, you must grow them.

Anyway... I am still at it

Yep, the good ole days . I'd call Troy Ohio Walt would pick-up, he would know my voice its on the way. And Bruce Whitworth would ship the parts Red Label right to my home on a Saturday if it was closer to the job. What a bunch. Hey do you remember Jimmy White or Ernnie Parmell from College Point, Traulsen?
