but.. they are now owned by Hobart and all of their service info, wiring diagrams and such are considered to be top secret and confidential.

Nat Gas rotary bakers shop oven. 6 sets of contactors, dual burners, Honeywell gas safeties with blower vacuum secondary safeties.
The bakery is individually owned and operated. Called Hobart [Bakers Aid] for wiring diagram to put back to factory specs. They have one but said we can't give it to you and they will have to call us to fix the 20 year old rotary.

That one on e-bay must be a bargain. Contact the seller for a copy of the diagram. Act like you want to buy it.
