    exactly!!! when it comes time to replace the roof, they can just move the condenser to the neighbor's roof without disconnecting it. Smart Idea

    I did a walk in like that. The instructions said to coil loop in horizontal position to avoid trapping. I left all the extra coil on top of the box. Out of sight. Funny how all the little refer units have that same loop from the factory!!!!
