    Trane Purge

    I am trying to track down the gasket number for the filter canister on the original style purifier purge. ( Filter is vertical and part of the pot) any help much appreciated.

    GKT 1909 rings a bell , but check with Trane parts first .
    Scratch that thats a oil filter gasket for a FLR 239 oil cooler .
    Try GKT1985

    One word of caution ---- Is this chiller still on R-11 or has it been converted to R-123? The original gasket WILL NOT stand up to R-123.!!!

    Thanks all, this double ender is still R-11. I will try those numbers tomorrow and let you know, thanks again

    GKT01984 is for the R11 purges.
    The weak aren't destroyed by the strong.
