Landis Staefa Controller?
I have a controller that says Landis Staefa and has a part number of 578 655 does anyone know what this is and what I need to check the program in it?

Yep it's a Raptor. Seems I recall they had problems with either the inputs or outputs on those losing comm.

This one is running a tower and circ pumps for a heat pump loop and it doesn't switch pumps when I kill the pump that is running.

It depends on the version, but there is a Talon block that was used a lot. Howevere it has a bug in it. You could power it down but DO NOT DO THIS untill you change the battery to a new one. The Lon table is held with it. If the battery is dead and you power it down say good by to the table. No table no talk.
