    Need a PM sys

    At this time I'm working for a corp, that runs a very large complex I wont name any names just for self preservation.
    Its unblevelable that they do NOT have any perventive maintence program (PM) its repair on failure! here.
    I NEED A Pc baced PM system. cant be web based.
    It need to catalog equipment and scdedule maintence. write work orders and just keep track of work that is done.
    PLEASE if you know of a system that can do this please pass the name on to me!
