    welcome to the jungle.

I didn't realize schools are giving out engineering 'degrees' in HVAC.

    Mechanical, sure - but HVAC?
What's next - Plumbing Engineer? Master of Steamfitting???

Well it is a mechanical engineering degree. I guess they are doing some emphasis on HVAC...

This would be my goal to do something like this business does..

I would also be interested in contracting.. I love doing "field" work.. Love working with my hands... But after reading some stories here I am thinking twice about the contracting by what some people said..

    good luck
The way we build has a greater impact on our comfort, energy consumption and IAQ than any HVAC system we install.
