Least Restrictive 4" Media
What is the lowest pressure drop 4" media filter out there? I am using a Columbia MERV 8 right now and the damn thing is responsible for a .2 drop, What! This system is inverter driven and I need to get the static pressure at least .1 lower or the EEV wont allow full capacity. Thanks

What is the feet per minute across the filter?
The Glassfloss is .25" @ 500FPM.

.1 over a 4" media probably won't happen unless you are using a 20x25 at 100 CFM
On our system 20x25 Aprilaire was .23" clean at 1600 CFM. New 1" was .5 for compariston.
