    Negative, not if someone knows what their doing, my 4 year old grandson could probably do it, but he can't use power tools yet.

    I agree, sounds like it was done properly, you have to remember buying 4 tons of AC is not like buying a 5L engine in a car. 4 tons of AC will be slightly less than 48,000 BTU's in most case and is rarely exactly 48,000 BTU's but the outdoor unit the 4TTB4049 is a 4 ton unit and I would call your system a 4 ton system.
