A good lesson you've learned here is to never trust a sticker.

Always trust your knowledge and tools over a sticker.

2sac always makes good points, how could you go wrong with a guy who has Al Bundy as an avatar??? That makes me laugh every time I see it.
I have never claimed to know anything about anything, but thank you for the compliment.
As far as Al Bundy is concerned

When you get to a system that is operating sporadically, take your time. Step back, and look at the big picture. Pressure control settings, superheat, subcooling, coil cleanliness, etc. . Review all of the basics, and assume that the last guy that worked on it was wrong and messed things up. Chances are, you will be right. Look at the big picture, and narrow it down from there.

Does the unit have a Low Pressure Control Bypass Timer?

    Sounds like it's undercharged
