Neal Boortz explained Obama's plan for higher taxes this way (based on info provided by the Tax Foundation):
The federal govt spends $10 billion a day. Increased taxes on the "rich" would generate $68 billion a year (assuming that the people being taxed don't modify their incomes). That's one week of expenses.
But Obama says he won't sit down with Republicans to talk about the budget until they agree to raise taxes on the "rich."
Boortz says Obama would fall flat on his face if he took the training wheels off his bicycle. He's still that clueless, after four years in office.
