You'd think it be the other way around, imo; I thought S.E. was a rather large installment owned by Lennox Industries...? And ARS kind of a smaller organization, with presence mainly in Eastern US. I could be wrong though.

10 years experience. Better be able to fix things. Anyone can fix stuff. Question is...Can you sell anything? Do you inform customers? Do you give options, or do you just change parts? Do you do the best for your company? These are the questions you need ask yourself.

You know it is so odd you said that but I can see what you are saying. It is almost as if when you know what it is that needs to be done the sell becomes absolute.

I am gonna have to ponder over that.

NO, not everyone can "fix things" and with a crash course in underhanded sales tactics apparently ANYONE can sell equipment. The resi side of HVAC is overflowing with thieves and scam artist.

Show me a good salesmen and I'll show you someone who comprimised their integrity long ago.

Trouble shooting especially , commercial and refer well actually takes talent.
