I do agree, I am sure it is ARS that will be buying SEI, and I was surprised they let Bob go he was a good DM. He is now in Arizona as a GM of a fairly large facitily, and I am sure they have had talks with him about everything. I too hope it works out well for everyone involved when its over.

We heard ARS has backed out, maybe we will hear soon who it might be that is buying Service Experts soon.

Yeah I recently heard the same. But was told at a company meeting by our RM it's getting real close. Like maybe "within month" close just by conference calls with Blatz and hinting things.
