Just got a Cooper srh77a the blue box and really like it so far.
The 4011 Pipe strap probe is really nice and I rewired the Digi Cool to accept it.
It can also adjust up to 4" pipe I believe.

x2 on the cooper blue box. Also have a red.

Anyone have the Testo 110 or 922? About to order one. Really thinking 922 with wireless probe kit. Anyone got one? Jim Bergmann have any suggestions? How well does the wireless kit work?

Make that 3 for the cooper thermometers.

Have the EUROTHERM SH 66 , later known as the COOPER SH66A , has outlasted a few of the other brands and never had any problems.
-
Just got the SH66A to replace a fluke 52. I am not seeing how to attach the 4011 pipe strap probe to a pipe. It came with 2 elastic straps. How do you guys have the straps connected to the probe ?
-
If you are looking at the sensor thread away in the space on the outside then loop back towards you thru the center space.
From there the strap goes around the pipe and v groove.
-
When it goes thru the v, hang on to the sensor and pull until tight.

Not so sure the Testo is the way to guy. As much as I approve of Testo there are instruments that do as good a job much more reasonable.

That is what I did but was lost as to why there where 2 straps, never expected a replacement strap
