Best company to work for Controls Technician

Would anyone like to give their input on which company they think would be best to start to get into Controls?

I know there threads out there but most of them are outdated or just biased. Don't know much about controls but do know about Refrigeration and HVAC. I also know a thing or to about computers and little bit of programming. Mostly in C programming language.

My limited experience is the best controls guys I have met, have extensive mechanical experience and a variety of experience with different control systems. So I would think, the best company to work for would cover both the mechanical and controls sides and not be locked down to one or two controls manufactures.
