As expected. Typical rw response. The facts ARE the facts though.

Google the issues not the messengers and make up your mind after doing the research.
(Hint: fair and balanced is a copyright - the truth is rarely "fair" or "balanced")

And as usual, the libs will not address the facts posted which call them out.

The dishonesty in discussion is as obvious as the sunshine.

However I will give you an out: PROVE to me the source of the $$$ is irrelevant... if you can.

It would be more relevant to disprove the original statements, but in typical right wing fashion discrediting the source is more important than the truth. Now that's a dishonest approach.

My wife asked me for political advice, she isn't sure who to vote for. I refused to tell her who to vote for..but I said if you really want my opinion....republicans are right about a lot of things and do bring interesting topics to the table...but I have never seen such finger pointing, name calling, unwillingness to cooperate with anyone...and hate for fellow Americans in my life..as I have from this conservative party.

You want to know why people are turning their backs on you? You call girls that want choice sluts, you call anyone who questions your ways...communist or socialists....idiot liberals...all you want to do is compete...

I also told her that of course democrats are wrong about things too..but that is why we all need to work as one and stop the fighting...because not one of us is right 100 percent of the time

We are all Americans and should act like it.

Funny thing the party of hate now has a deligate from NY saying that if Romney gets elected he will destroy our country and she would kill him if she saw him.

The main stream press has been silent about this even though she said it on tv. Boortz talked about it this morning.

If a Republican said that about commie Obama it would be on every news station for weeks. Thank you very much

I agree Glenn...both sides of the spectrum have hate...but more seems to come from conservatives....this is why I said we need to cooperate and fight less...what do you think leads to so much hate? Too much bashing each other eventually gets the better of us all.

I have conservative friends...and they are all amazing people...but nearly every one of them has a way of talking down to you...making you feel like a complete fool. I don't think they mean to do it because just as soon as they are done making you feel like a retard it is happy go lucky lets have a beer time

If this is true the delegate was out of bounds. Like the "feeding the animals" incident that occurred at the Repub convention by delegates was also way out of bounds. Somehow branding the Dems as the party of hate seems somewhat disingenuous.

No... the source has a bearing on the facts. Example:

Would you take the word of a poster medical forum who sounded credible, concerning an illness... only to find it was a teenager playing a prank?

The source is VERY important... unless spin and games are the goal.

As usual, libs do not understand... and their arguments are getting kinda shallow.

Interesting perspective. So let me get this straight, if a statement is made by someone who's credibility you question, the statement is to be discarded as false regardless of any and all evidence that says the statement is true.

It appears that this is an ideological decision not an objective look at the facts.

No, it is more like common sense... Does one believe anything they hear... or do they check the source to verify both the credibility of the source as well as the factual-ness of the statement?

Facts can be spun to say anything the spinner wants them to say. So therefore facts are not the relevant feature... rather the source of the facts also has relevancy.

Lessee what you do with that...

Oh, BTW: Would you care to address the example of the medical forum noted in my post? Obviously taking the advise of a teenager concerning a medical issue would not be wise... even if the advise appears to be a solid 'fact'

Tell you what: Please define what makes a fact credible rather than questionable? Maybe you have some wisdom we all need to hear?

I said nothing about believing, I was referring to the search for the facts. Facts themselves are not spin, opinion based on facts is spin. This is the downside to approaching issues with a predetermined ideology, the traits of the messenger gets confused with the message.

So why would a fact be of any relevance at all if one did not believe it?

Tell me how to separate facts from spin Salty... I am sure more than I would like to know this serious tidbit of wisdom!

Hmmm....here we have the very dude who regularly posts wildly false and long debunked pass-along e-mails, and regards them as the everlasting gospel truth now speaking of credibility, sources, and facts.

Ole ga-hvac-tech manufactures World class irony of biblical proportions along with a mountainous pile of "do as I say not as I do" drivel.
