I have never seen a knowledgeable person on this forum argue in favor of Obamacare. They argue for socialized medicine like Canada has but Obamacare is a far cry from that.
People blindly choose Obamacare because they are fed up with being ripped by our current system and think it will reduce health insurance rates, but they are terribly wrong. Neither the Democrats nor Republicans can fix our healthcare mess because they are controlled by that entity. Why is that so hard to see?
-
Not arguing... however:
Why is it necessary for someone to 'fix' it FOR me? Seems if I want a better deal... I just need to make it happen for myself.
Seems to me the issue is personal responsibility for my health and healthcare costs.
If I take care of myself, and shop healthcare providers... would I not be better off?
So why are my only options what someone else does for me?

If you have ever shopped for healthcare you wouldn' t make such statements. "Shopping" is not a solution.

In My (maybe not so) Humble Opinion: The gentleman who is fussing the most... is not really interested in a solution... rather a rant.
I can identify... I love a good rant... HOWEVER: At the end of the day,
If I do not find a solution for myself... the one I end up with (including what the govt provides) will, quite frankly, smell like something between a garbage dump and an outhouse.
Anyone really think those are the best solutions, please raise their hands... OK, I did not see any hands.
Now how about lets talk about solutions rather than pick on each other.

Now you're thinking. Couldn't agree more.
