No way I'd take any pride in the installation of that air handler.
I also don't see a vent on the condensate drain.
But what do I know...just a "pro" member on an internet forum, after all..."In this house we obey the laws of thermodynamics!"

Not redneck framers, not big companies, professionals w good bbb status and solid references. I DIY alot of things so I understand what u are trying to accomplish, however, water issues can have various causes which requires experience with water issues to correct.
Plus it looks like u have various issues there with that setup whether ur fault or not.
