No way I'd take any pride in the installation of that air handler.
I also don't see a vent on the condensate drain.
But what do I know...just a "pro" member on an internet forum, after all...

And that installation.... looks like crap!Always drink upstream from the herd

Why didn't you use propane for your resi install? Could have the whole house like a meat locker

Not redneck framers, not big companies, professionals w good bbb status and solid references. I DIY alot of things so I understand what u are trying to accomplish, however, water issues can have various causes which requires experience with water issues to correct.
Plus it looks like u have various issues there with that setup whether ur fault or not.
