New but Noisy Brayant HVAC system.

I have 3 estimates but I picked the wrong one.
When I installed the system I had to make a quick decision to
get AC in the house of medical issues.

Now I need to look at the issues and correct this problem so I am
trying to get information. I will probably have to spend more
money correct these issues but I need some guidance here.

First is to get these issues together so I can confront the
current contractor with them. If he I can't get him to correct issues I will
hire someone else to make corrections.
If that what it takes I will do that.

Definitely have a sit down or on site meeting with owner or manager before doing anything drastic. It is usually better resolving things with one contractor than getting 2 contractors on one system.
