If one wishes to use G61V blower in such a way as to not abuse it, what would you say is the max number of hours/day a blower should be running?

House will be 54,000 cubic feet. HEPA-60 runs at 500cfm. It will take 108 minutes to filter inside air once. Would I be abusing blower or have a premature death of blower if I run it for extended period of time on a daily basis?

    Thanks for your help.

with v drive blower you could let it run 24-7. most of the strain on a motor is starting.

You are better to leave the fan in "ON" at all times.. They motor is a variable speed DC motor, and runs very cheap vs the old standard motor. Also, the motor will last longer when it's running steady, than the stop and go.

Only time you may want to put the fan in "AUTO" is in the summer. If the house feels muggy in the summer, switch it to auto.. otherwise, if you felt fine, then leave it on.
