    WATER IN SERVICE HOSE

Wondering how different tech's handle condenser service in rainy conditions. Had a customer today needing service, but the rain started coming down and unit had no filter dryer. Told them I would return tomorrow.

If trying to fix it in the rain is going to make it worse then it either has to wait or i'd try and set up a sheet to keep the rain off. (i keep a 10ftx12ft plastic sheet in the truck for washing out condenser on stacked units)

I have declined to work in the rain when it was really chucking it down, not always popular but you won't be popular if the system get miosture in it, and i doubt the customer would pay you for any damaged tools or meters....

How is 100+ psi going to suck the water out of the hose? It's not.
I leak checked and added 4 pounds of r22 in the rain today. I'm not worried about a thing. There was some lightning too.
IMO if it's raining and you're not willing to work in it then go home.
